About

Searches Google Maps for a query (e.g. "coffee shops in Austin") and extracts the resulting places: name, category, rating, review count, address, phone, website, opening hours, price level and latitude/longitude. Parsing is multi-strategy: it reads the embedded place data (APP_INITIALIZATION_STATE / AF_initDataCallback JSON) first, falls back to rendered result cards, then to a raw-blob heuristic. Google Maps is heavily bot-protected and JS-rendered, so this scraper uses the premium Web Unlocker tier.
