Frequently asked questions

Got questions? We're glad to hear that, because we have answers.

What is a page scrape?+

A page scrape is a single page (one request) a scraper fetches. You're billed a flat $0.005 for each one — that's the whole pricing model.

How does billing work?+

It's prepaid. You hold a credit balance, and each page scrape deducts one credit ($0.005) from it. New accounts start with 200 free credits. No subscription, no monthly fee.

What happens when my balance runs out?+

Runs pause until you add more credit. Turn on auto top-up and we'll recharge your balance from your saved card automatically when it drops low, so runs never pause.

Do premium (web-unlocker) scrapers cost more?+

No. Whether a page came back on a direct request or needed the premium unlocker, it's the same flat $0.005 per scrape — no surcharge.

Will I get a surprise bill?+

Never. Because it's prepaid, you can only ever spend what you've loaded. Auto top-up is optional and you set the recharge amount yourself.
