Last updated: January 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on the Hyperscrape platform. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed to keep the Service safe and lawful.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service, including which targets you access and what data you collect. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and with the terms, robots directives, and rate limits of the sites you access.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or circumvent authentication, access controls, or security measures.
  • Collect personal data without a lawful basis, or in violation of privacy or data-protection laws.
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights, including systematically copying content in violation of a site's terms or applicable law.
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks, send excessive request volumes designed to disrupt a target, or otherwise impair the operation of any system.
  • Collect, distribute, or process content that is illegal, including child sexual abuse material, or content that facilitates fraud, harassment, or other harm.
  • Scrape data for spam, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or deceptive practices.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service's unlocking capabilities as a standalone proxy or bypass service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

Rate and volume

Use reasonable request rates. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate activity that we determine, in our discretion, places undue load on the Service or on target sites, or that appears designed to evade a target's protections in bad faith.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, throttling, suspending, or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement. We may act immediately where a violation risks harm.
