About

Collects metadata for Rust crates from the official public crates.io API (crates.io/api/v1/crates/<name>) — one request per crate returns both the crate record and its full version history; no key required, no HTML scraping.

For each crate you get total & recent (90-day) downloads, latest and latest stable versions, license, repository/homepage/docs links, keywords, categories, crate size, Rust edition & minimum Rust version, publisher of the latest version, version count and first/latest release dates. Optionally fetch the daily download series for the last 90 days.

Input

includeDailyDownloads

    "tokio",
    "clap"
