Give it one or more Capterra product URLs (e.g. capterra.com/p/186596/Notion/) and it returns the product's overall rating and review count plus per-category averages (ease of use, customer support, value for money, functionality), and each review's title, body, pros and cons, per-category star ratings, likelihood to recommend, review date and reviewer details (name, job title, industry, company size, time using the product).

Uses a defensive multi-strategy parse of the product reviews page: the embedded application JSON (__NEXT_DATA__ / Apollo state) is deep-scanned for review objects first, with JSON-LD Product/Review nodes as fallback.
